    1. Cards for Lindel--an idea....

    3. Hi all, Assuming we will all now scurry to buy and send Lindel cards and cash, I'll suggest that we choose cards with our locales on the cover--or send along a small local token of our area inside our cards to underscore our "worldwide" support for her (a leaf? a stone? a photograph? a pressed flower? a small bag of sand from the beach?). The Irish Diaspora is so spread out, but our ability to come together through Donegaleire to support a countrywoman shows our strength and cohesiveness--and is, in a way, a coming home through coming together for all of us. Best, Kerrin McCadden Vermont, USA

    3. Hi all, I know Kerrin's idea looks good and yes I agree with the local card but to include anything else may attract unwanted attention by customs - a great number of envelopes some with foreign objects, a bag of sand could be ...., if you know what I mean. And then having opened any and finding cash ????
