I haven't posted this for a while, so I thought I'd try again. I'm looking for descendants of Edward and Grace McDaid Carey of Greencastle (Grace died in 1928, and is buried in the churchyard of St Mary's Bocan). Their son, William, who was living in Ballyharry 4 years ago, apparently had a large family while he lived in New York State for 20 years or so, and I understand they still live in the US, though William returned to live on the property owned by his cousin, Grace Doherty. I'm related to Grace McDaid Carey (her sister, Mary, was my great-grandmother). Just interested in connecting and sharing family history information. Thanks, Denise Foley
