Hi Lindel I started by using GOOGLE and put in "Consanguinity",then at the bottom of the page where it says "Search within results" I put in "3rd Degree" This brought up quite a lot of hits which will probably answer your question. Much better this way than me trying to explain it. Anyway 1st cousins are 2nd degree,and 2nd cousins are 3rd degree.
