You can view the 1901 and 1911 census for those two places by hiring a film at your local LDS Family History Centre. There are other films which should hold some good info for you too - Catholic Parish Registers Microfilm of original at Letterkenny, Co. Donegal, Ireland. Contains baptisms, 1853-1859, 1871-1927; marriages, 1878-1921. Includes index to baptisms for 1854-1869. The Catholic parish of Mevagh includes the civil parish of Mevagh. It is now called Carrigart.
