I have just found my long searched for Great-Grandfather James Sweeney, Jan 9, 1876. Baptised as James Langan. The name change was what threw me for a bit. The Langans who are probably the fathers side (as yet unproven) are buried in Leck Cemetary, Oldtown. I am wondering where a child, born in Letterkenny, Donegal in 1876, would go to school.
