Hi Joan Thanks for your reply, unfortunately the lists etc.are too recent at the moment to help,but they will be helpful if I ever get more info on my gr.gr.grandfather Hugh McGonigal born abt1814 Derry. If I could find parents,siblings etc.it would probably help in tracing his origins in Donegal...Inishowen most likely. Anyway thanks very much for taking the time to check for me.
