    3. Although, I'm not a professional computer "geek", I utilize several platforms (Win, Mac, Unix etc...), I have a suggestion. Depending on your system, the .exe, .iso or, .dmg file that came with the software also comes with an installer and boot files which will install into the root system of the hard drive. Even though you have the application installed on a removable flash drive, the boot file was, most likely, installed onto the hard drive at the library where you downloaded the .exe application.
