They're both in the townland of Ardmalin, Clonca parish..............I have an old Ordnance Survey map online at http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~donegal/ardmalingvmap.jpg which shows the locations of both. You'll find Slievebane to the top right of the map, near the old coastguard station.
