    3. Hi Listers I have been watching Janice's hard work in giving us such a lot of information. I have also seen such a lot of interest in the Ordnance Survey memoirs . Like Janice I have these books but I believe they are now out of print. If you email < irish.studies@qub.ac.uk > they should be able to tell you whether they have any of these left, but when I was at the Ulster American Folk Park this year they tried to get them for a cousin of mine and found they were out of print. It was rebuilt in 1824 at an expense of 370 pounds by the congregation and will contain about 800 pewrsons. The parish priest, the Revd Mr. O'Donnell, has 2 curates. The Roman Catholic parish includes the parish of Skits of Urney and Ardstraw. Urney Park, the seat of the Late Sir James Galbraith Bart and at which his widow Lady Galbraith is constantly resident, is a handsome modern house with portico situated in an extensive demesne looking over the plantations which divide it from the mail coach road to Sligo and over the grounds of Urney House to the River Finn. Gallony John Smith Esquire and Finn Cottage, belonging to Conolly Gage Esquire, situated on the banks of the Finn River near Castlefinn. The m ail coach roads from Londonderry to Dublin and to Sligo pass through this parish, the former parallel to the Mourne and close to its bank, the latter parallel to the Finn and in view of it.
