Hello All, I am writing a report of the research I have done on my dad’s family. I’d like to include as much historical background as I can, so I am looking for books and articles on the general history of the Donauschwaben. I’ve looked through the list on the DVHH site and have been looking through WorldCat, but I’d like to know if list members have specific books that they would recommend. I’m looking for works that are well-researched. English is obviously easiest and fastest for me, being my native language, but I can also read German quite well so am open to German-language recommendations. Thanks in advance! Anna Berkes
