Hello Rose! Wow, that¹s very great, thank you! My Adam Muser died in Vukovar 28 Dec 1839 at the age of 45 years. As they did not take it so serious with the exact age, it is very likely Adam Muser, born 1795. Where Johann Muser and Eva Märzluft the German settlers, or were they already born in Apatin? Do you know that? Liebe Grüße, Daniela Von: Rose Vetter <[email protected]> Datum: Samstag, 20. There are numerous Moser/Muser listed in both, but the two that come closest to your dates are: >From the Birth Index: Adam Moser * 30.07.1785 Son of Johann Georg Moser and Magdalena Hettinger Adam Muser *25.10.1795 Son of Johann Muser and Eva Märzluft Daniela, my maternal grandmother was a Märzluft, born in Temerin. The Märzlufts and Musers came from Marlen/Kittersburg, so we must be cousins! Daniela, I don't know where Johann and Eva were born, but according to the Apatin Marriage Index, Johann (this time) Moser and Eva Märzluft were married 31.08.1790. The Birth Index lists an Eva Märzluft, born 22.12.1770. Parents Johann Märzluft and Ursula Rutin (probably Rut). This might be the same Eva. i also found two entries in this age group for Johann Muser: Johann Muser, born 18.10.1766. Parents Johann Georg M. and Mechthilde Müller. Johann Muser, born 07.05.1771. Parents Josef M. and Katharina Sayer. Hope you can find a connection somewhwere. Rose On Jan 20, 2018 2:14 PM, "Daniela Hieslmayr" <[email protected]> wrote: Hello Rose! I tried to look into the family search records, but they do not reach far enough back.
