I highly recommend Stasa Cvetkovic - I believe out of Novi Sad, he has helped me quite a bit and many others here on the list. I can't think of his website address off hand, but I'm sure someone else will have it - I thought that I just saw a recommendation for him, but perhaps on a different list.
