Thank you so much Steve. Terry On 2014-06-27, at 6:22 PM, Steve Berwanger wrote: Terry, You aren't that illiterate if you can figure out email. First you will need to know your Apple password. Your username should already be set inside your device. You also need to be connected to the internet. I failed to mention the app also uses the internet. I think it uses Google translate. > From your device, (Ipad, iPhone 4 or higher, I touch with camera , etc.) tap the "Apple Store" icon. It is blue with a white triangle made from what looks like pencils. In the upper right hand corner there will be a grey box with a magnifying glass next to it In the box type "Scan and Translate", then tap on the magnifying glass. This will open a dialog box with matching apps. Tap on the one that reads "Scan and Translate - Free". Tap on the highlighted word "Free". A dialog box will open asking for your Apple password. Enter your password and the app will both download and install onto your device. When the word "Free" changes to "Open" the installation is finished. You can start the app from here by tapping on "Open", or you can find the icon on your screen. It is red with a circle that has two pages inside. The first screen has directions but the a app is pretty intuitive. I hope this helps.........
