The cottage cheese strudel is fantastic. I remember my mother making it when I was a child. I will try to find a recipe for it. If anyone has it, please send. It is made with FILO dough, cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla, white raisins, maybe lemon zest. I think. I'm not sure.
