The latest issue of the Family Tree Magazine offered a free download that a surname variant chart. I went to the site and printed out a copy. I liked it and so I saved it to my computer genealogy files. When you get to the site with the form, there will be a light black strip along the bottom of the form (an overlay) and you can click the print icon for printing as well as a disk icon for saving.
