I have checked the Krummes Elsass CDs for a listing of a village named Elsass and it does not appear.  If there is such a village, I do not know where it is. Glenn, I just thought I'd mention there was a settlement by the name of Elsass in the Kutschurgan district of Russia, not to be confused with the Elsass (Alsace region) in France. I understand that Greg's ancestor came from the latter.
