Hi, I just want to join in the group with kudos to theDVHH. Enough can not be said about what a wonderful, helpful, enlightening ,,teaching, and fun site this is. I have learned so much and found ancestors and made friends ver the years. Yes! it is a shame that we have lost sites and many wonderfully helpful people along the way. I don’t know where I would be in my research without the DVHH and all the helpful people. People like me need all the help we can get. My Mom was born in Deutschsanktmichael but came to the U.S. when she was two and has no real memories to help, so I had a few names and that is where I started. I am not sure how I found out about DVHH but sure glad I did. It makes me sad when I think about how much has been lost and what will happen thru the years as are very knowledgeable helpers will pass.
