    3. I’m inquiring to see if you would have any information or contacts for us on Medja. My mother was born in Medja (Pardan) prior to the end of WWII and she have limited memory of her family village a homes. We are planning a visit in June and have been trying to get in touch with City Hall to arrange a tour visit. We would like to see records (if available) of her ancestors and their original homes and a tour of these houses and the village. Also her grandparents on her father’s side were in Setchan We could also add in a few other locations of significance of remembrance of the Danube Swabian. We already have a customized tour of my father's village in Stanisic and would like the same for my mother. Let me know if this is something you can help us out with. It would be a personal request for the history of my family. Thank you Connie Sent from my iPhone

    3. This is in Serbia? In 2014, I worked with a guy from the TI in Beograd, who is Serbian, and of course knows languages, etc. He took us to Feketitsch, Savino Selo (Batschka) and was very helpful. He interpreted for us when in the villages, as no one there spoke English or German. djzivanovic@tob.co.rs Tell him that he drove us to Feketitsch in Oct 2014, and also to Sarajevo. His rates were fair then. Can't say about today. Paul A.
