Sorry Marlene, but the FB Gottlob does not show anyone named Nikolaus Stref. There is only one Stref. He is Johann Stref and he does have a son Nikolaus Stref born 8 Oct 1796. No other information on him. Have you confused the American vs. European form of listing dates?
