    3. The Mormon church has digitized a number of family books. They are available on familysearch.org. You can find them by selecting “books” on the site’s search menu and then searching for the village you are interested in.

    3. Yes you can access them, but as far as I know just when you go to a FamilySearch library in your local city and access them from the library's computer. 3. Some of them can be accessed online. The 2 I need can only be accessed from one of the Family Search library centers. 3. Do you know if these are copyrighted or something? I have been unable to print the pages applicale to my family or download there. Its driving me crazy because you gave us such a great lead which I never knew existed (the books on-line)! Thank you! 3. As far as I know, if you want to print a page, you can do that in the FamilySearch library. They told me in the one in London that they can even put it on a pendrive. But if you really don't want to go there, I'm not saying that you can Print Screen it and paste it in Paint and save it.... 3. They can be printed and used as needed for genealogical research.  The church makes deals with the copyright holders to provide free digitized copies to the owners in exchange for making the books available worldwide.  The digitizing and indexing of the works is labor intensive so it is usually a very good arrangement for the copyright owners Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android On Sun, Jan 27, 2019 at 13:21, Elizabeth Lux<ealux18966@gmail.com> wrote: Do you know if these are copyrighted or something?  I have been unable to print the pages applicale to my family or download there.  Its driving me crazy because you gave us such a great lead which I never knew existed (the books on-line)!  Thank you!
