Surnames: HAUS / KIST / FISCHER / KÜHN Towns: BUKIN and HODSCHAG. Of course there may be others that were origins before marriages. I have been at this since 1998. Still not much progress on the KIST, FISCHER or KÜHN lines; at least in my lines anyway. I have the HAUS line back to an Andreas HAUS Born abt. 1740 I believe he, or his immediate family, were the first to have left the German area. Suspect SW area? France/Switzerland/SW German area? I believe there were Kuhn’s on my mother’s side. She was from Gisela Falva. We lived in Chicago, Illinois Come to think of it her name was Sophie and the Kuhn was her married name.So the Kuhn was her spouse.It still may be of use.
