My great - grandfather, Peter Jakoby married to Magdalena Pfeifer( both born around 1865). their son was my grandfather Michael Jakoby born in 1887.married to Elizabeth Tietchen born 1889. All resided in Bruckenau. I have a gap between my great-grandfather and colonists listed in the guest ledger of 1784 to 1787. There are 8 Michael Jakoby listed with various spellings of the last name, Jakob, Jackob, Jak. Can anyone help connect the dots?
