Please all you Donaldson's in America and Canada help us find what happened to Grandfathers brother. WILLIAM P.R.N.DONALDSON. He was born in Dunfermline Fife Scotland 23 March 1888 parents George Donaldson 1848-1888 and Margaret Nicol 1854-1922 He and his brother George went to America ,George went back to Scotland and then to Australia but William stayed . His full name was probably WILLIAM PETER RAMSAY NICOL DONALDSON. We don`t know where he settled or if he had a family. He had a step sister Helen(Nellie )Donaldson who married George Robertson and went to Canada so William may have gone to see her.Their daughter Helen Robertson married a Mr.Smith.
