Pa ( md: Mary Ann Stephens 1818-1873) Their children: 2. William (1830's-?) married Anna Hudson. moved to Montgomery Co, MO in 1850's, when his father's will was written, he was living in Montgomery Co. Had at least two children: Anna and John. Havn't found him since ! 2. Martha J. "Mattie" (1844-1918) I have found no husband, but her will lists three children... (adopted?, out of wedlock? something else?) 3. Nevada DONALDSON (1863-1924) moved to London, Ontario Canada at age 10... married john Albert HUGHES three children, burried in London ONT. 3. George Carey DONALDSON (1875-1949) married 1) Anna Boyle (d. 1907) and 2) Cal ___. Two children 3. Maud (1867-1944) married William KRAFT moved from Duquesne, Allegheny Co, PA to Chicago IL after husbands death. 6 children 2. Lucinda (18__-1877) md. James L. Krepps four children: Joseph, Henry, Mary Catherine. Jacob S. 2.Alexander (1845-1902) md. Martha I Parks. least one son , Robert J.(1878-1965) 2. Mary Catherine (1849-1907) m. Benjamin Crow. seven children 2. John Jr. (1852-1882) md. Ella Victoria Huggins. three children: Irma, Leyda(m.), ?? 2. My GGrandfather James DONALDSON(1839-1892) md Catherine BEVAN . six children 3.James Nesley (1873-1954) md Edith Dale (1874-1946) <-- My grandparents 3.Maude (1884-1950's), 3.John W. 1882-1931 3.Allie (? - ?) md. Ed QUALK ... 2 children Katherine and Joseph 3. Mazie (1882-1950's) md. Ted BAUER lived in monaca, PA. No children Most of the Donaldson remained in SW Pennsylvania, with the exception William, and Martha. Also have info on John Sr.'s Brother James... will send later. Two of his sisters remained in Canada, (London ONT area) this is where the family lived when they first came from Scotland. john and James moved on to Washington Co PA. sisters who "stayed behind": Catherine DONALDSON md. Hugh STEVENSON Jane DONALDSON md William SHOOTS -or- SHUTTS no other info on the two sisters. both of there husbands are found in the 1871 Canadian census. Hope to hear from all my cousins out there!
