The only information I have on Alexander DONALDSON (b.abt 1717) is : Children: John DONALDSON (b 1742) Andrew DONALDSON ( b 1744) William DONALDSON (b 1746) Samuel DONALDSON (b 1748) Joseph DONALDSON (b 1750). No other dates or locations. He is apparently a brother of Thomas Donaldson who was the father of John and Henry who were in New York and Vermont during the 1750s and later. I really don't have a good source for this other than hearsay. If I come up with one I'll post it. Gary Donaldson
