Hello all, I found a "Donaldson" list and posted to it, but forgot to bookmark the site. Do any of you all know of other Donandson lists? I'm looking for the post about an Emma Donaldson who married. The person who posted to that list was trying to find out about her family before she married. I may have some info, if we share the same Emma. I don't know if "my" Emma is the one he's looking for, but I'm trying to find that list again so that I can find out if we share an ancestor. Before she married my grandfather, she had two children, Floyd - born about 1891, and Emma, born about 1893. My grandmother's name at that time was Mary Donelson/Donaldson/or Donalson (I have it spelled three different ways on documents and family notes) After she married my grandfather, RC Dennis in Rowan County in 1896, they listed the children she had from her previous marriage under the "Dennis" name on all subsequent Census listings that I've found. They moved from Rowan County about 1904, and relocated and settled in Ashland, Kentucky. I haven't yet been able to track all my Aunts and Uncles marriages just yet. I just found my mom's, so I'm still working on the tree. Any help or suggestions of other Donaldson lists would be very appreciated.
