Searching for William Donelson, 1749-1789 of Philadelphia (probably), m. Sarah Griscom in 1770. Had daughter Sarah Donelson, who married James Lowndes. My line is the Lowndes family, but I don't have all the pieces. Sarah Griscom appears to be a sister of Betsy Ross. Amy Gothard
