Of interest to many of our Hanks/Dodson/Neville & allied researchers is mention of some of the following names: William Smoote (Sr.?), William and Jane Smoote, Mary (Smoote) Durham, Thomas Durham, John Durham, Joseph Durham (son of Thomas & Mary Smoote Durham), Margaret Durham (dau. of Thomas & Mary Smoote Durham), Sarah (Durham) Hanks (dau. of Thomas & Mary Smoote Durham), Henry Hill, Mary Ann Hill, Joseph Chinn, Thomas Chinn, Edwin L.
