Westmoreland Co. at that time was adjacent or part of the area that is now Richmond Co., where Charles DODSON and his sons lived. The Westmoreland County Courthouse does not look up or mail out copies of these old documents, they have sublet the work to an Evelyn Neale, ph. no. 804-529-6329.
