Like most of you, I receive more daily e-mail sometimes than I know what to do with. One way we can eliminate some messages that are not intended for the entire list is to follow this suggestion: After reading a message that you want to respond to, click on the icon that says, "Reply to Author." Then type your response and click the "Send" icon. This will direct your message only to the author of the original message and not to the entire list. This would eliminate many of us receiving "Thank you" notes and acknowledgements that don't apply to us. Gene Ray Atlanta
