Ken: If you ever find any info (verifiable) on a Daniel & Sussanne/Susannah Dodshon/Dodson of Knaresborough please let me know. I am told my ancestors are from them thru their children: John B. March 1655; Susannah B. July 1661; Mary B. Nov. 17, 1664 M. 1683 Richard Boyes; David B. 1666; Dorothy B. Aug. 13, 1667; Thomas B. Oct. 19, 1669 D. Nov. 15, 1740 M. July 16, 1698 Katherine Savill; William B. Feb. 13, 1672. My direct ancestor is supposed to be Thomas and Katherine Savil (dau. of John Saville of Snape and she died Oct. 24, 1755. I have visited Knaresborough and done some research in Quaker records but I do not find that any of the above ever came to the states. I think possibly one of their ancestors by the same name were the ones that came over. Will appreciate any findings that you may have.
