Hi, Saw your posting on the list and was interested that you listed Oldfield as one you were researching. My Ggrandfather married a Nancy Oldfield on 09/20/1893. His name was James Porter Dotson. She had been married previously to someone named Godwin and had one son William, prior to marrying my Ggrandfather. She was born 12/22/1867, in TN it is believed. Does she sound familiar to you???
