(snip) JANET Hi, Betty can create a GEDCOM for 4.0 or 5.0. Just have to create the report and save. When you save, a new screen comes up -- See File Destination. Click on each of the three button to the right and see all the option -- there are several and one may well fit the needs of the other persons computer and program. Jynelle
