Cousins, Don't go to the bank with this, but another cousin, I'll have to look up who, claimed that Sallie, born c1793, was daughter of Fortunatus and Frances [Hanks] Dodson, supported in part by Hightower naming his firstborn, a daughter, Deniah Hanks Dodson. She is my ancestor, having married Whitmell Leigh in 1831. Hope we can find proof concerning Sallie.
