For those of you who might be interested, I've found there is an error in the information shown on pages 1090 and 1091 of the Dodson/Dotson book by Williams & Lucas which was submitted by Virginia Plumridge for William Dodson of Howard Co., MO. The children, etc., listed on page 1091 actually belong to the William (b. ca 1795) shown as "F" on page 1090. Somehow, she put the grandfather's name and birthdate (6 Mar 1758) with the children of his son! (She died several years ago, so we can't get any information from her.) Also, the Cynthia Polston shown as a submitter on page 1090 is one of my cousins, and now has a different name, living in a different town -- things change!! If anyone needs information about this group of descendants of "old William," (b. 1758) please contact me, and I'll try to help.
