County. I visited St. Rose in Springfield but was told by what I assume was a secretary there that they had turned all older records over to the Washington County library. They were not too helpful at the library and just pointed me to the Research Area which was very small. I did find books which listed St. Rose Baptisms (don't know where the actual records are). If you receive the scanned copy of the Marriage Bond. I will forward these copies as well . They do show Leonard Cantor marr. Sarah Borders Jan. 26, 1834 and Lucinda Cantor Bap. Feb. 11, 1836. On another page there is a listing for the baptism of Martha R. Cantor on Jan. 12, 1842.
