Donna, In the book "The Dodson (Dotson) Family of North Franham Parish, Richmond County, Virginia" Volume Two - by Williams and Lucas: Page 1254 White County TN Census 1850 ISAIAH DODSON 40 M Isabella 37 F Sarah S. 19 F Mary 15 F James R 12 M Silus 10 M Isaiah 6 M Julia 4 F Rachell 2 F There was also a 3 page letter on p 1288-1290 that mentioned an Isaiah Dodson but I have no idea if it is the same Isaiah. This was a letter from a George Washington Dodson to his nephew John D Taylor of Summerville, GA written in 1915. On page 148 there was an Isaiah Dodson born 9 June 1804 and died 12 Jan 1884 in Alabama. (line Charles, to Thomas, to Joshua, to Isaiah) Hope some of this will help you.
