He is an infant at the time and identified as the son of Florence WESTER. Based on limited research I was able to gather the following information regarding Francis and his family: Francis Leander or Lee WESTER was b. 18 Sept 1889 in Gilliam Co. OR to parents Charles William or Wesley WESTER (b. 16 Jan 1856 or 1859 in Meigs Co. TN-1920) and Sarah or Sara Florence or Florance Evaline DODSON (b. Oct 1862 in Oregon-1945). Francis had at least two siblings including, Augusta May WESTER BERRY (1884-1947) and Anna "Annie" D. WESTER (1887-1910). Francis married Letha May "Lilllie" MILLER (b. 27 Jan 1891 in Marion Co., OR) on 30 Oct 1910 in Jefferson, OR and together they had a daughter, Wauneta Augusta WESTER (b. 26 Apr 1912 in Sheridan, OR- d. 1997). During the WW I draft Francis was living in Gilliam County OR, listing himself as a self-employed Farmer. Francis was living in Redmond, OR when he registered for the draft in 1942, listing his occupation as a Self Employed Live Stock Dealer. Francis died 19 Dec 1964 in Salem, OR and is buried in the Willamette Memorial Park Cemetery in Albany, OR. His wife Letha or Leda Mary MILLER WESTER d. 3 Jun 1980 in Linn Co., OR.
