My line is as follows: Newton C Dodson, father of Joseph Birchfield Dodson Joseph Birchfield Dodson father of Joseph Llewellyn Dodson Joseph Llewellyn Dodson father of Elizabeth Luthamie Dodson (Stinnett) Elizabeth Dodson Stinnett mother of Harmon Dale Stinnett Harmon Dale Stinnett father of Elizabeth Ellen Stinnett Herriman, or me. :-) I have some VERY conflicting information, and am looking to clear up 1) the true parentage of Newton Columbus Dodson, and 2) trace any Native American heritage, claims of which have been heard throughout my life in family stories.
