It may be worth your while contacting him in this regard. I did talk to Barra about some of his theories. He has a cluster in Argyllshire somewhere he has identified as descended from one of the known Maclachlan branches. The DNA in question is not M222. When I look for matches in our McLaughlin project I don't see any. I has to put the question on hold for the time being. John
