You could run a test on that. Compile the same statistics for SNP tested M222 and see if they differ. That's something Bill Howard experimented with and found no measurable difference. I don't think in general distance from the modal means much. One of the DF23+ M222- samples is 11 GD from the modal at 37 markers. That fits right in with a lot of the M222+ samples. John
