I'm not familiar with the McGee utilities - mostly I write my own code. However, I can see that it's based on the infinite alleles model, which in my opinion is the equivalent of basing conclusions on the theories of the flat earth society. I see also that it's a 37-marker analysis. I think the FSE would approve of that too.
