Hi, Michael, I am not really calculating SNPs. I have been watching the progress of the experimentation going on, but the SNPs beyond counting them and running them through a couple of routines have not been settled out yet. As for calculating haplotypes, yes I've some formulas. It is a bit more complicated than just using it, but I'll send you a spread sheet with the formula on it as an attachment privately that will give you a basic idea. I'd suggest studying it before deciding that you will make attempt. Won't be able to do that until later tonight or tomorrow.
