    3. If all that is stopping a qualified person from taking over the project, is some Web and database skills, then I can help with that, if needed. I work with databases with Web interfaces and would be happy to do whatever I can to help. I imagine that MySQL and PHP are available to do the work. So I think that the first person you'd need on board is a website designer, who would be able to handle any such changes.
