Until what feels like about 3 weeks ago, it was possible to download 111-marker haplotypes only (meaning one could exclude 12,25,37 and 67-marker haploypes) from FTDNA public sites. This facility seems to have disappeared. Is this a general problem, or is it only me? Also, I see that McHenry, kit number 27077, has been waiting for the results for the last 9 markers in batch 68-111 for over 2 months now. Is this all fall down? I don't like the symptoms. Sandy

It isn't just you, but for a long time I thought it was just me. I submitted a problem report last week. Hopefully there will be a solution soon.
