    3. This is the information that led me to believe that Elizabeth Disbrow was a daughter of Josiah Disbrow (1-1-3-4) Henry 111 and Elizabeth Barker had children named Elizabeth,Samuel,Henry and Joshiah The 1771 will of Moses Owen in the site "Long Island Genealogy" mentions daughter Sarah and son in law Josiah Disbrow and their son Samuel >From Mike Disbrow's work we know that Josiah married Sarah Owen and the family of 7 children left for New Brunswick in 1783 on the ship Montague as Loyalists. Among their children would have been Samuel and I believe Elizabeth. Elizabeth married Daniel Keith arrived in New Brunswick in 1783 and had their first child George in New Brunswick in 1784. Among the names of their other children were Elizabeth,Samuel,Henry and Josiah. George Keith had a daughter Sarah as well as as son Owen(s) which would be after his grandmother Sarah Owen. As well Daniel Keith and Elizabeth Disbrow's son Henry had a son named Henry Disbrow Keith. I think this provides strong evidence that Elizabeth was the daughter of Josiah and Sarah Disbrow. What is interesting is that there is no evidence for any other members of the family having stayed in New Brunswick. Many of the loyalists returned to New England as well as Quebec,Ontario, upper New York State or the American West. So if anyone has a pocket of Disbrow with names like Henry, Samuel and Joshiah with out parents they might think of Josiah Disbrow and Sarah Owen. . _________________________________________________________________ Enter today for your chance to win $1000 a day—today until May 12th.
