I found the following in the 1860 federal census for Jersey City, NJ Ward 1, page 45 Elizabeth Disbrow age 22, born NJ dwelling # 208 Family# 304 The census info was taken on June 22, 1860 It appears that she was living in an apartment or boarding house. Bertha Hall
