I have been watching these emails for quite some time. I too have tracked my ancestry back to John Henry Disbrow in NJ. I live in Oklahoma. My Father is William Keith Disbrow, his father Charles Duane Disbrow. Anyone have any information from that point on? Its nice to see the interest in this family. I am thinking to ask again about my ggggrandmother Rosetta Disbrow born 1802 (probably NJ) and died 10/31/1833. She was the wife of John A. Manley (b.1806) of New Brunswick NJ. Rosetta was buried in the First Reformed Church Cemetery in New Brunswick. During their marriage, Rosetta And John Manley has two children, Catherine A Manley (B 1827) and Francis Manley (B 1830). I wish I could make a connection to the right family. I understand that there may have been several Disbrow families in Middlesex County NJ in and about this time. Thanks for reviewing your files and seeing if there is a connection. My John Henry Disbrow was born about 1810 (married Hannah Wyman). His dad's name was Johnm mom was Mary Snyder. Do you have birth dates for your John Henry Disbrow, Katherine? Children names? I am wondering if yours is a grandfather of some level to mine. Replying on the rootsweb server just in case any of this jogs someone's memory. I think I have depleted my searches through Mike Disbrow's book pages and CDs.
