    2. It happened again. I don't know what's happening but I have gotten 3 letters from you now to a Paul. My name is Gale Disbrow, and the email your letter is addressed to isn't even my email address, isn't that odd. I hope you make contact with the right Disbrow, this is odd and frustrating. Disbrow Dear Paul, I am researching the Arnold family from Fairfield Co., Connecticut. I found a James Arnold, married to Catherine Disbrow. James may or may not be my great great great grandfather. It depends on whether he and Catherine had a son named Albert Arnold. I know that they had sons named Edwin and Charles, both of them buried near James and Catherine. I also know that Albert named his first child Edwin Lorenzo, which would have been after his brother (if James is the common father). That is my connection to the Disbrow's, tentative right now, but there is a fairly strong case that it will turn out to be correct. I am try;ing to find obituaries that might name Albert as a relative. Please let me know how your search turns out. The Disbow's were in Fairfield County quite early in the colonization and since it is not too common a name, we may all be distant relatives. 3. Hi Gale - I think that since you are on the list, any letters that anyone sends to the list are then sent to everybody. I sent a message to the list asking everybody about L.S. Disbrow. I think people are hitting the respond button, which responds to the list, so their answer goes to everybody, not just me. Sometimes they might mean to do it that way, sometimes they don't realize that it goes to the list. I wouldn't worry about it, think of it as a conversation you are part of but just listening to.
