He was living in Washington Co., PA in 1810, moved to Harrison Co., and then Vinton Co., Ohio where he died in 1861. 1850/50 census says he was born about 1775 in Virginia. Once branch of the family says he was born in Ireland. I cannot find a trace of him prior to 1807 in HOpewell Township, Washington Co., PA. There was a Richard Dillon in that township also according to tax lists. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Mary Szy
